1. Terms of Service & Usage
By accessing or using Mint Go, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Mint Go acts as an on-demand marketplace connecting independent barbers and clients.
2. Barber Applications & Approvals
All barbers must submit proof of experience and identity. Platform access is granted only after Admin verification. Subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial, then monthly renewal (from $3, depending on your area), or immediate revocation upon violation of safety guidelines.
3. Payments & Cancellations
Prices are agreed upon prior to service commencement. Mint Go supports EcoCash, Cash, Card, and In-App Wallet transactions.
1. Data Collection & GPS Location
Mint Go automatically collects precise geolocation coordinates while using the application solely to locate nearest barbers and optimize dispatch times.
2. Biometric Security
Biometric authentication data (Fingerprint/FaceID) is stored securely on local device credentials via standard WebAuthn API protocols and never transmitted to central servers.
3. User Data Deletion
Users have the right to request immediate account deletion or profile suspension through Admin request controls.
